Online Marketing Specialist

Bluegrass Integrated Communications

This is a Full-time position in Lexington, KY posted May 17, 2021.

We are a marketing and communications company specializing in direct mail and integrated marketing seeking a search engine marketing specialist. This position involves work on both in-house and client projects.

An ideal candidate will have experience implementing PPC campaigns as well as knowledge across a range of digital solutions. Must be comfortable communicating with clients through the sales process, onboarding, and project reviews/recaps.

Job Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

·        Develop and implement strategy for digital, search engine marketing (PPC), social media, and integrated marketing campaigns

·        Identifies trends and insights to optimize spend and performance

·        Monitor website conversions, optimize website/landing pages

·        Assist in the sales process for digital, social media, and integrated marketing projects

·        Participate in relevant client calls, work with management to develop RFPs

·        Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Skills/Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

·         Proven search engine marketing experience required

·         Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns

·         Ability to create and execute digital strategy

·         Understanding of web traffic metrics and Google Analytics

·         Working knowledge of ad serving tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, etc.)

·         Working knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HotJar, SEMRush, etc.)

·         Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social and Inbound marketing

·         Able to explain ideas in a non-technical way

·         Possess project management, problem-solving, and people skills

·         Familiarity with web design, HTML, CSS

·         Experience in HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite (Monday and Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus, but not required)
