Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Data Specialist to join the Analytics and Reporting team in Louisville, KY.

Position Overview:

This position reports to the Manager, Analytics and Reporting and drives the RSCS Strategic Vision by enhancing Organizational Capability to Support Growth through Tools, Processes, & Skills

• This position utilizes business knowledge and skills to address end to end Development and Equipment Solutions (DES) business challenges to improve efficiency and decision making, reduce redundancy, and enhance business results.
• Key functions of this role are: 1) Primary owner of creating, maintaining, and tracking all equipment product data for the RSCS Development Equipment Solutions Team. 2) Manage and monitor Purchase order processing and shipment data collection via EDI for Customers and internal Team Members, 3) Define and implement process improvements related to data entry and maintenance of all equipment data, 4) Learn, create, execute integrated data analysis, projections, and dashboards in support of business and program initiatives, as available.

Essential Functions:

• Support data infrastructure by maintaining master data, updating, or building existing Tools, Processes, and Systems.

• Manage equipment master data functions while maintaining highest level of accuracy and quality control for assigned categories ensuring data integrity across systems
• Maintain and leverage tools developed for item data management (i.e. equipment ordering website, image/cutsheet, mapping, supplier tools) and suggest improvements for efficiency
• Participate in developing, maintaining, and deploying business processes and new or existing technology tools across business.
• EDI liaison with multiple stakeholders including our EDI partner and supplier base to develop, maintain existing documents, and implement new documents to gain efficiencies for the RSS end to end process
• Maximizes the capabilities of current toolsets to create reporting solutions in support of business initiatives, and stays current on other tools within the industry and make recommendations on new toolsets for the business

• Support DES end-to-end business reporting, analytics, and process definition and documentation to provide insights that will drive business growth, performance, and efficiencies in a self-service environment
• Ability to assimilate and integrate many diverse and complex streams of information from multiple sources and use this to ensure both continuous and step function improvements in customer service and business performance
• Develop reporting documents and self-serve tools for DES team to utilize in day-to-day functions
• Provide research, reporting, and analysis support for end to end DES team to influence, discover, solve, and/or support RSCS business decisions/challenges

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of data support and/or data entry experience required
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of Access database experience required
• Prefer 2 years of supply chain management knowledge, data support, and reporting analysis.
• Prefer experience with NetSuite
• Self-starter with ability to multitask to deliver results without daily supervision at an elevated pace with efficiency, precision, and a bias toward action.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with staff throughout the organization; demonstrate teamwork skills, as well as proficiency for collaboration, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to garner trust and respect of all constituents while managing tight timelines in a dynamic, high output environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change is crucial.
• Strong proficiency and advanced use of PC based applications including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams), NetSuite, PowerBI, Excel, and other data/analytics/dashboard tools
