Sales Agent – Work from Home Virtual or Office

This is a Full-time position in Lexington, KY posted May 16, 2021.

As a Remote Sales Agent, you will be able to work virtually from the comfort of your own home. We are seeking candidates that have excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully sell products and services while exceeding goals and expectations.

Job Description

We fill our clients’ needs by answering questions in a professional manner through Inbound and Outbound sales calls with established clients in a niche market; understand their individual needs and recommend an appropriate solution

  • Consistently provide exceptional customer service and professionalism to all our customers
  • Book phone and virtual appointments with clients
  • Attend one-on-one feedback sessions on sales performance and participate in team meetings to ensure success
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Virtual video training conducted by dedicated trainers
  • Individual video coaching



  • 1+ years sales and/or customer service experience is a plus
  • Call Center/Phone sales experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Windows-based computer programs
  • Effective communication and sound listening skills
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships via telephone
  • Sales skills preferred
  • Follow a sales process based on designed scripts
  • To work from home, you must have:
  • Dedicated, quiet space to work
  • High speed internet
  • Webcam and microphone for virtual meetings

  • Exceed sales goals through new product sales
  • Use consultative sales methods to close sales
  • Meet or exceed sales goals set by sales leadership/company
  • Participate in weekly sales calls, quarterly and annual sales team meetings
  • Conducting outbound sales and information
  • Call center sales and customer service experience; experience meeting and exceeding set sales goals
  • Approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs
  • Maintain existing sales/members along with acquiring new sales/members
  • Moving the customer through the entire sales process
  • Ensure consistency of sales program
  • Perform inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers
  • Make additional offers to close sales as well as retain existing sales
  • Received from customers/clients/agents
  • Ensure that proven sales techniques are followed and enhanced
  • Generating sales of financial products and services in an outbound sales center
  • Managing sales activities and scheduling
  • Forecast and complete sales goals
  • Call merchants to close sales of loan products
  • Exceed sale’s goals through new product sales, cross selling and retention of current customers
  • Providing quality and efficient sales presentations to customers
