This is the place for those with a taste for experience.nn nnWe have great expectations for our restaurant and we need a like-minded leader in the dining room to help develop and execute our long-term goals.nn nnWe are seeking a dedicated, hands-on, Restaurant Manager who sets and upholds high standards.

The right candidate must have previous management experience and should have at least two years of upscale/fine dining experience.

He/she should have a strong knowledge of Bourbon culture, food and wines.

He or she must have the ability to run the restaurant”s front of house efficiently and responsibly.nn nn n nn nn Responsibilities: nn nn Performs all duties in the restaurant as needednn nn Ensures White Lodging Way ”WLW” BOH process is completed and followed dailynn nn Maintains all WLW training and certification materialsnn nn Prepares restaurant for each shift following WLW scenography guidelinesnn nn Ensures each associate lives the WLW Pledge and follows all handbook policiesnn nn Monitors service standards and dining times throughout the each shiftnn nn Has a hands on approach to teamwork and is able to assist associates in their service functionsnn nn Monitors seating rotation and capacity to ensure smooth running equitable shiftsnn nn Understands department goals and action plans to achieve themnn nn Monitors associate times and punches in Kronos and follows all policies and procedures to make correctionsnn nn Monitors allocation of gratuities and service chargesnn nn Schedules associates using weekly forecast and staffing guidesnn nn Maintains all associate documentation and turns them in timelynn nn Performs REX, RAPs and reviews for all assigned associatesnn nn Ability to monitor restaurant operational procedures and adjust as needed to achieve the best possible experience for both guests and associatesnn nn n nn nn Competencies: nn nn Training and developmentnn nn Organization and Planningnn nn Team Buildingnn nn Customer Focusnn nn Accountabilitynn nn n nn nn Skills: nn nn Outlooknn nn Excelnn nn Wordnn nn Microsnn nn n nn nn Education/Experience: nn nn College degree preferrednn nn Experience in a training or leadership rolenn nn Experience in a high volume restaurant preferrednn nn n nn nn Working Conditions: nn nn Lifting and carrying of objects, 30-40 poundsnn nn Ability to push or pull objects 50-100 poundsnn nn Sitting 10% | Walking 40% |Standing 30% | 20% bending, kneeling, lifting, climbingnn nn Ability to go between hot and cold temperaturesnn nn n nn nn Benefits: nn nn Medical, Dental, and Visionnn nn Short
